Creamy & Spicy Rotel Dip
1/2 lb spicy sausage
4 oz Velveeta
cheese
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1 can Rotel
tomatoes (drained)
Brown the sausage
and then drain. In a microwave safe bowl
heat the Velveeta, cream cheese and sour cream until melted and combined (stirring occasionally). Stir in the sausage and Rotel. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
That’s it! The dip is so simple and took less than 15
minutes to make – but at the same time it was so delicious! I have already had requests to make it again!
